Run for an officer position, become a JHSC rep for your program!! Join a committee!!
Learn your collective agreement, policies and procedures! Go to a steward if you think you have a grievance! Take action! Use the formal systems we have in place to actually be heard!! The grievance and arbitration process, Labor management committee, bargaining and the JHSC is how we are heard. Don’t hold back!!
